Frequently Asked Questions
HOP+Sight helps teams complete structured before-job and after-job reviews from a mobile app. Organizations use it to assign debriefs, capture frontline answers, and learn from conditions that affect safe and reliable work.
A Before Action Review captures what is planned, what is different today, what critical controls matter, and when the team should stop or escalate. An After Action Review captures what actually happened, what changed, what helped, and what should be learned for future work.
Your answers are saved to your organization's HOP+Sight account. Authorized organization users can review submitted answers, completion status, timestamps, and related job details so they can understand work conditions and follow up where needed.
In the mobile app you can talk a briefing or review through instead of typing. Before your first voice briefing the app asks for your agreement. Your voice and what you say go to ElevenLabs, which turns speech into text and speaks the questions, and to Anthropic's Claude AI model, which chooses the next question and records your answers. The finished briefing is saved to your organization's HOP+Sight account. You can always choose Type instead.
Yes. HOP+Sight may analyze debrief answers to identify recurring themes, weak signals, risk patterns, control issues, and learning opportunities across the organization. This analysis is designed to support better conversations and decisions.
Yes. HOP+Sight is provided for organizations, so debrief answers are visible to authorized people in the organization that assigned the work, such as administrators, supervisors, or leaders responsible for learning and follow-up.
Submitted answers become part of the debrief record. If something needs to be corrected, contact your organization administrator or support so they can advise based on your organization's process.
The organization code connects team members to the correct HOP+Sight organization. It helps ensure that assigned debriefs and submitted answers are stored in the right place.
If notifications are enabled, HOP+Sight can send alerts when a debrief is assigned or needs attention. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.
You can request account deletion from the account deletion option inside the app or by contacting support@learningteams.tech. Some organization records may need to be retained for legal, contractual, audit, security, or legitimate business reasons.
